Our extrusion unit is now using Taiwan-techmation's fast response
PLC to improve the production efficiency. With this upgrade, we are
able to achieve quicker response time to any production issues that
may arise.
In addition, we have adopted a separate control system for each of
the 3 extrusion units. This allows us to better monitor and adjust
the production process to ensure consistent product quality.
Our product has a layer structure from outer to inner as follows:
PE/REPE/PE. Each layer thickness is also controlled individually to
ensure the product meets our strict specifications.
