Features:
The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor
that can modify the rotation speed of the screw during the blowing
process. With a high slenderness ratio, the screw can process a
wide range of materials while having a strong plasticizing
capability. Furthermore, this results in high production and low
energy consumption. The barrel is maintained at a steady
temperature via a resistance heater that is controlled by the
computer, allowing for quick and uniform heating.
With the combined extrusion system placed between two extrusion
machines, different types of heads can be installed to produce
products with a single or double layer view strip line.
The mould clamping device adopts a toggle type and linear guider to
ensure double station, and as a result, the mould platen moves more
stably and quickly.
The hydraulic oil loop has been improved with a newly designed
layout that provides power savings, speed, and stability. The
hydraulic elements are easily accessible and can be maintained with
removable and mobile oil tanks.
The entire machine is under the control of a computer system. It
features double proportional control of the hydraulic system, with
fault automatic alarms for reliable operation. Data memory for up
to 40 moulds makes it a highly automated system.
There are three different operation modes available for the
machine: Manual, Semi Auto, and Full Auto.
The safety door has been equipped with electric and mechanical
safety devices, ensuring that the machine will not close the mould
when the safety door is open. With the oblique blowing function,
operation is safe and reliable.
