The extruding device of this machine is equipped with a variable
frequency motor, which can cater to the rotational demands of the
screw during the blowing process. The use of a screw with a high
slenderness ratio gives it the capability to process a wide range

high production capacity, and low energy consumption. The barrel is
fitted with a resistance heater which is computer-controlled for
quick, stable, and uniform heating.
The combined extrusion system of two machines boasts of different
head installations that can produce products with single or double
layers, with the appearance of view strip lines.
The mould clamping device uses vertical compression, three pilot
posts, and a big beam arm with a linear guide. It also has a
cylinder spindle and has double working positions, which enables a
quick and stable motion.
Hydraulic oil loop design has been redesigned to save power, while
ensuring quick and stable operations.
Installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are easy. This
is partly due to its removable and mobile oil tank.
The machine's operation is controlled by a computer and its
hydraulic system has double proportional control. It also features
automatic fault alarms, which enhances its reliability. It can
store up to 40 sets of data for different molds.
Three operating modes are available for selection: "Manual", "Semi
Auto" and "Full Auto".
The safety door is equipped with electric and mechanical safety
devices and ensures that no mold closing happens when the door is
opened for safe and reliable operations. Additionally, the machine
has two blowing functions, straight cutting and oblique cutting.
