Features:

a) The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor to meet the changing rotation requirements of the screw during the blowing process. It can use a screw with a high slenderness ratio to process various materials, providing strong plasticizing ability, high production output, and low energy consumption. The barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring fast, stable, and uniform heating.
b) By incorporating different heads into the combined extrusion system between two machines, products with a visible strip line or double layers can be blown.
c) The mould clamping device utilizes vertical compression, three pilot posts, a large beam arm, linear guiders, cylinder spindles, and double working positions. This ensures fast and stable movement of the mould.
d) The hydraulic oil loop design has been improved for power savings, as well as rapid and stable operation.
e) Installation and maintenance of the hydraulic elements are made easy, with a removable and mobile oil tank included.
f) The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system featuring double proportional control. It offers fault automatic alarm, reliable operation, high automation, and can store data for 40 sets of moulds.
g) Three operation modes - 'Manual', 'Semi Auto', 'Full Auto' - are available for selection.
h) The safety door is equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing when the door is open, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
i) This machine can perform two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
